Four roads and two routes converge at the yellow blinking lights. Arrows on a green directional sign point to Eldorado and an opposite direction. Farm fields, dwellings and barns can be seen nearby and in the distance. There’s not much else. It’s hard to get your bearings at this crossroads.

What should the traveler do? Keep going and pass on by? Turn around and go back? Return another day? The blinking yellow lights caution watchfulness and reflection. You are at a crossroads in your search. Up the road is a small village without a traffic light. There is a church in the village on a side street which might be what you are looking for. Why not take the least traveled road to Eldorado? It might mean all the difference to you.

Alice asked the Cheshire Cat who was sitting in a tree, “What road do I take?” The cat asked, “Where do you want to go?” “I don’t know,” Alice answered. “Then,” said the cat, “it really doesn’t matter, does it?” – Lewis Carroll, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland
